Information Sought In Traffic Homicide

On Saturday, August 15, 2009, a traffic homicide occurred on Delaware Avenue just west of Van Buren Street. While in the roadway, Patricia Senkbeil Skibinski was struck by a vehicle and later succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid or notify the police. Witnesses have described the vehicle as a black older model sport utility vehicle.
